Material not included is bathroom/kitchen trim (kitchen/bathroom faucets, toilets, shower trim, water heater). Stops, supply lines and plumbing accessories are also not included and are covered by client

Before Blue Collar enters any new build to perform work, a permit is pulled for the job and upon completion of both rough in and trim, inspections will be pulled and passed before accepting any payment for the work. There is a total of two inspections that are pulled throughout the job.
